Refund policy

At Ayla London, we want you to love every item you order. However, if you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order confirmation.

How to Start a Return

  • Log in to your account to request a return.
  • Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email with the next steps.
  • Please note: We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure that:

  • Items have original labels attached.
  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Items are securely packed, preferably in their original packaging.

Sale items are non-refundable.

How to Send Your Return

You can:

  1. Use our prepaid Royal Mail service

  2. Or arrange your own courier/delivery.

Important Information

  • Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items with signs of wear, stains, washing, damage, or perfume scent will be rejected and returned to you.
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our Support Team within 3 days of receipt.

To assist us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Product/item number (on the swing tag or washing label)
  • Photos of the fault

Send this information to support@aylalondon.com.  Without this, your return may be declined by our Returns & Reclaim department.

We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning your parcel. Responsibility for the return lies with the customer until it reaches us.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. To receive a different size or item, please place a new order.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • You may use any courier service, but we recommend keeping proof of postage.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, once received, you may return it within the 14-day return window for a refund.
